"...with God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26b)

My Story

I am so grateful that you have taken the time to visit my page. I appreciate your prayers and ministry support. My heart for has always been to reach as many people as I can to spread the gospel message through my songs and personal testimony. I love to hear people stories and I look forward to hearing yours one day!

A little bit about me... Since I was a little girl, I have always had a heart for the "under-dog." I was always drawn to the child that was bullied, the little girl that didn't feel pretty, or the person that seemed to be always be outcasted. These were the ones that I always felt sad for. I wanted to hang around with them.  At the time, I didn't realize it, but now I beleived they all seemed much more down to earth and kinder to me and my little brother, than some of the other kids.

As a young teenage girl, I started to struggle with depression. I started making bad choices that would change my life forever. My parents were concerned about our family and started taking my little brother and I to church. Thank God, because shortly after attending this little mountain town church, our family of four gave our hearts and lives to Jesus! That was our new beginning as a little mountain town family.

The day that I received Christ, a seed was planted in me, and God began to change my dream to "our" dream.  Really, it's His dream for me, because he gave it to me. I began hearing words of rhyme come to my mind, in the middle of the day and sometimes in the middle of the night. These words were followed by melodies, and different sounds. I would sing some of these songs to my Mother and she would always encourage me to write them down and sing them out loud. She also had received a gift of writing Christian poetry about the same time.

Many years went by. I survived two divorces, a child custody battle, two rapes, many years of depression, financial devastation. During these years I often struggled with anxiety and PTSD. So, to numb the pain I would sometimes use alcohol to help me cope. I knew there were other ways, but I seemed to always fall into this negative pattern. Off and on throughout these adult years,  I would write songs and they would end up on paper, but that is about it. Until 15 years ago...

Through a series of miracles, I was given the opportunity to work with an arranger, various musicians, and sound engineers to help me bring some of these songs to life. This was a divine appointment with God, and I knew without a shadow of a doubt, that He was going to help me bring some of my songs to life. During the process of producing and arranging my music, God was healing, molding, and helping me understand His love for me. He was showing me that His children are broken, outcast and rejected. Many of the songs during this stage of my life are about restoration and healing.

Through many divine appointments, and Gods grace and Love, I was finally able to complete my first CD project called "Eyes of Love". This first project was a very emotional one for me, because I had never done anything thing like this before.

I have been blessed to finish two additional projects. "Shadow of the Cross" and "Who Sent the Rain." Each one of these projects have a different feel and a different sound. I have always like all types of genres so I have played around with different sounds and styles searching for the best fit for me as an artist. I am currently in the process of completing my fourth album titled "Sanctuary" and it scheduled to be completed later this year.

Many years ago, I was asked to sing in a small inner city church in Denver. After the service was over, and we were breaking bread together, the pastor of the church walked up to my husband and I and began to boldly speak life into our souls. He was so anointed that both my husband and I began to weep. We wept with joy. It was so powerful I will never forget what he said. He said  "God doesn't need another pretty voice, He can get the birds in the trees to sing to Him. What He desires is enthusiasm and a heart that will be willing to sing 'His Songs' for all people of all nations and all colors."  He said "don't you ever lose your enthusiasm for JESUS. Dance before the Lord, always lift up His name in praise and give Him glory. If you pour your life into the hungry and help the afflicted soul, then you will be a well watered garden. Don't ever lose your enthusiasm and always remember that you may be entertaining angels all around you." He said "go and do what the Lord has called you to do and that is to 'Sing for the man with no shoes.'"

The Lord has spoken to my heart since then and He said in a still small voice, "My songs have already been written, I am looking for someone to sing my songs." I knew at that time it wasn't about talent or fame, its was about Jesus. It was about boldness and speaking the truth about God's love and the name above all names. Jesus Christ our Lord forever reigns!

I pray that you will be blessed as you listen to the words of each song, and that you will experience a special touch from God, and that you will come to know Jesus our Lord and Savior in a deeper and more personal way. I also pray that you will never give up on your dreams. Hold onto them, and don't give up on God, because they are really His dreams for you, and they belong to Him! Always remember that "...with God all things are possible".
